Cindy Greer
Cindy, a Louisiana native, came back to New Orleans post Katrina to be a part of the rebuilding and renaissance. She has a keen sense of the market, the neighborhoods, nuances, and the culture that makes us what we are. Cindy is also excellent at watching real estate trends which is a great resource for her clients. It’s also beneficial that she is a certified Preservation Resource Center Historic Home Specialist because New Orleans has an abundance of older historic homes that she refers to as “antiques.”
Prior to returning to New Orleans, Cindy was in the entertainment and event business. While serving as the West Coast Director of Publicity at Virgin Records, she launched The Spice Girls who called her “Cajun Spice.” Our “Cajun Spice” then went on to be the Director of Publicity and Events at Jose Curevo International, where she introduced Gran Centenairo to the American market, launched the “Vive Cuervo” international ad campaign, and hosted events throughout the world.
A stellar communicator, Cindy has a knack for understanding just what clients need and is an asset when negotiating and walking you through the entire property purchasing process. Investors, buyers, sellers and renters have all benefited from her intuition and knowledge.
Cindy is married, lives uptown, and is the mother of a teen aged son. Anything you want to know about real estate in New Orleans? Call Cindy!
Courtney Bell
Having been raised in a family with a commercial real estate business Courtney Bell became entrenched in real estate at a very early age. Upon graduating from Mary Baldwin College in Staunton, Virginia, and almost 28 years later, she is still wheeling and dealing in the industry she loves.
Courtney began her career at CB Commercial in Atlanta, Georgia. She spent the early 90’s at Maxwell Properties, a regional retail leasing and management company, where she had REITS, teacher pension plans and large insurance companies as her clients for properties throughout Georgia. There Courtney worked as a liaison between the tenants and the construction division of the company in the buildout of a large variety of tenants from restaurants to grocery stores. At AIG Baker Shopping Center Properties Courtney acted exclusively as a leasing representative for a variety of product types ranging from grocery anchored neighborhood centers to community, power, entertainment and specialty centers in the Southeast region.
Having made the move to New Orleans, Courtney affiliated with Sizeler Properties, a REIT, and Corporate Realty where she remained doing Landlord and Tenant Representation. She worked closely with Rite Aid after their merger dispersing their buildings and subleasing other sites throughout Louisiana. Courtney also served as the tenant representative for Sonic Restaurant as they expanded into New Orleans. Having earned her CCIM, Certified Commercial Investment Member, designation Courtney now works in investment sales and purchases in New Orleans’ historic districts of the French Quarter/Marigny, Mid City and Uptown neighborhoods.
